Who can take part

  • You have confirmed head and neck squamous cell cancer based on biopsy or cell testing.
  • Your scans show at least one measurable tumor that can be tracked during the study.
  • You previously received immunotherapy that targets PD-1 (with or without chemotherapy).
  • You’re age 18 or older and can follow the study plan and sign consent.
  • Your overall health is good enough (performance status 0–2) as judged by the study team.
  • You have not had cetuximab before, and you have not had medicines that directly target the EGFR pathway in the last 5 years.
