Who can take part
- You have squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (oral cavity, throat, voice box, or lower throat).
- Your cancer has spread or returned and cannot be cured with local treatments like surgery or radiation.
- Your cancer did not respond to or got worse within 29 weeks after platinum-based chemotherapy or chemoradiation.
- Your tumor tests positive for PD-L1 (CPS score of 1 or higher).
- You have not had any previous treatment for your recurrent or metastatic cancer.
- You are 18 years or older and in fairly good health (ECOG performance status 0-2).
