Who can take part
- You must have head and neck squamous cell carcinoma that has come back, spread, or is advanced and cannot be cured.
- You need at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (1 cm or larger).
- You must have had 1 or 2 prior treatments for advanced disease, including one that targeted PD-1 or PD-L1.
- You should be 18 years or older.
- You must be in good enough health to perform everyday activities (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You must have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell counts.
