Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older and can understand and follow study instructions
- Your cancer is advanced solid cancer that has progressed after standard treatment, you can’t tolerate it, or there is no standard option
- The tumor to inject must be non-visceral (not inside organs like the abdomen/lungs), superficial, and not deeper than 5 cm
- The tumor must be reachable for injection (often with ultrasound or CT help), and about 80% of it must be treatable
- Your blood counts, kidneys, liver, and clotting tests must be within study limits
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must avoid certain medications and prior drug exposure
