Who can take part

  • Age 18–70 years old
  • Advanced solid tumor (including osteosarcoma or sarcoma) that has failed standard treatment or has no standard option
  • Expected to live more than 6 months
  • Good overall health status (ECOG 0–1: able to do most normal activities)
  • Able to provide a tumor sample from which personalized immune cells can be grown
  • Willing to use contraception for at least 12 months during and after treatment
