Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older, and be able to sign consent (or have a legal representative).
- Have a neurologist or psychiatrist diagnosis such as mild cognitive impairment, ALS, Parkinson’s disease, or adult-onset dementia (like Alzheimer’s, FTD, Huntington’s, or corticobasal syndrome).
- Be in generally good health based on checkups, exam, and routine tests.
- Have your wrists checked to ensure safe blood flow and no metal/foreign objects in both wrists.
- Agree to follow study lifestyle instructions and travel to NIH for visits and the scan.
