  • Be between 18 and 70 years old (Alzheimer’s and healthy controls may be up to 85)
  • Have the right diagnosis for the group you’re screened for (such as active multiple sclerosis or worsening disability score)
  • Be able to undergo both PET and MRI scans
  • Be willing and able to sign informed consent
  • If in certain treatment groups: you must have been prescribed the treatment but not started the first dose yet
