Who can take part

  • You’re not very physically active (less than 3 sessions per week of vigorous exercise, with each session 20 minutes or more)
  • You can move around on your own without using a wheelchair
  • You can understand and communicate, and you have decision-making ability (screened using a brief caregiver-rated scale)
  • You do not have a serious illness expected to cause death within 1 year
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are not in another research study and do not have other medical or nerve conditions that could interfere with the tests
