Test of Obrixtamig for DLL3-positive small cell lung tumors

Who can take part

  • You have advanced or spread cancer that cannot be cured with surgery or other curative treatment.
  • Your tumor must be DLL3-positive based on lab testing of an old tissue sample or a new biopsy.
  • You have already tried standard treatment and it didn’t work (or you can’t take it). For small cell types, standard treatment must have included platinum chemotherapy.
  • You can do most normal activities (ECOG performance status 0–1).
  • There must be at least one measurable tumor spot outside the brain (or specific conditions are met if cancer is in the brain).
  • Your blood, liver, and kidney tests must be good enough for treatment.
