Who can take part

  • You must have small cell lung cancer, large cell neuroendocrine lung cancer, or another neuroendocrine cancer that has spread or come back after treatment.
  • If your tumor has mixed cell types, at least half must be neuroendocrine or small cell.
  • You must have already tried at least one round of platinum-based chemotherapy unless you cannot take it for medical reasons.
  • For part of the study, you must have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that has not been treated with chemotherapy yet.
  • You must be 18 or older and willing to follow the study schedule and tests.
