Who can take part
- You have a type of lung cancer (small cell or large cell neuroendocrine) or a neuroendocrine tumor (such as prostate, gastrointestinal, or Merkel cell cancer) that has spread and hasn't responded to at least one prior treatment.
- Your cancer must have a marker called DLL3, which will be checked by your doctor.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You should be well enough to be up and about (able to do light work or be out of bed for more than half the day).
- You haven't had a similar type of drug (an antibody-drug conjugate targeting a topoisomerase inhibitor) before.
- You haven't had active or untreated brain metastases or other serious lung conditions.
