Dose test of a DLL3 cancer drug for neuroendocrine tumors

Who can take part

  • Be at least 18 years old and able to give written consent
  • Have small cell lung cancer or another specified neuroendocrine cancer, and it must have been confirmed by a lab (biopsy/cytology)
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse or come back after prior standard treatment (typically at least one platinum chemotherapy treatment; small cell lung cancer usually after at least two lines)
  • You must be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and have at least one measurable tumor spot on a recent scan
  • Have stored tumor tissue available for testing (archival tissue for Part 1; specific preserved tissue for Parts 2/3; no FNA/cytology or decalcified bone samples)
