Modified immune cells for advanced breast cancer
Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.
This trial tests a new therapy where your immune cells are modified to better recognize and attack breast cancer cells. It is for people with advanced or recurrent breast cancer that has certain markers on the tumor cells.

This trial tests a lab-made immune therapy made from your own tumor cells, to treat advanced breast cancer that has not responded to first treatments. The main goal is to check safety and see whether it can help control the cancer.
This early-phase study tests a lab-made immune cell treatment (CAR-T) that targets tumor markers called GD2 and CD70. It is for people whose cancer has spread or returned and cannot be removed by surgery, to see if the treatment can work and how safe it is.
This study tests a new treatment for advanced HER2-negative breast cancer. Doctors will take immune cells from lymph nodes near your tumor, grow them in a lab, and then give them back to you along with chemotherapy and immunotherapy. This approach aims to help your body fight the cancer more effectively.
This trial studies a type of immune treatment (CAR-T cells) designed to calm overactive immune disease. It may help by aiming the therapy at immune cells involved in B-cell activity, but it has strict health and safety requirements.
This early-phase study tests a custom immune-cell treatment (CAR-T) that targets two tumor markers called GD2 and PSMA. It may help people whose cancer is advanced, cannot be removed with surgery, and has the right marker pattern in their tumor tissue.
This Phase 1/2 trial tests a genetically engineered CAR T-cell treatment called 4SCAR-GD2 for certain solid tumors that have a marker called GD2. It may help shrink tumors that have returned, spread, or can’t be removed with surgery after standard treatment.
