Who can take part

  • You can sign consent and agree to take part in the study
  • You’re between 30 and 80 years old
  • Within the last year, you either have major artery blockage on CT/angiography or had a heart attack
  • You haven’t had a recent serious heart or stroke event in the past month (you may qualify after 1 month if you’ve stabilized)
  • You don’t have severe symptoms from heart failure, dangerous rhythm problems, or need dialysis
  • You can attend all visits and use the study smartphone app
