NCT06112418Recruiting
Personalized vs standard care to prevent heart attacks

This trial compares two ways to prevent heart attacks and strokes: one uses a special heart CT scan to guide care, the other uses standard risk factors like blood pressure and cholesterol. You may be eligible if you are older (men over 55, women over 65) and have diabetes, prediabetes, or metabolic syndrome.

NCT05175651Not yet recruiting
Study tracking heart risk using genetic and blood information

This study follows people to understand heart disease risk by combining a heart risk score with genetic risk (polygenic risk). It may help improve how doctors identify who is at higher risk and could guide prevention planning.

NCT06542432Enrolling by invitation
Genetic risk test for heart disease prevention

This trial uses a polygenic risk score to see if knowing your genetic risk for coronary artery disease can help prevent a first heart attack. If you have an intermediate 10-year risk and no prior heart events, you may be eligible.
