Who can take part

  • Your breast cancer was triple-negative (ER <10% and PR <10%), and HER2 is negative
  • After pre-surgery (neoadjuvant) chemotherapy, you had residual invasive cancer in the breast and/or lymph nodes (or in lymph nodes at least 2 mm)
  • You finished all local treatment (surgery and required radiation) within the last 4 months, with clear margins
  • A blood test after therapy (ctDNA) must find tumor DNA mutations on a central lab test
  • You can safely take study medicines: good blood counts and organ function, and ECOG performance status 0–1
