Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have one of these rare cancers: adult granulosa cell ovarian cancer, clear cell ovarian cancer, anal cancer, or Ewing sarcoma.
  • Your cancer must have progressed on standard treatment, or there must be no standard treatment for your cancer.
  • You need to be in generally good health, with adequate liver, kidney, and bone marrow function.
  • You must be willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after treatment ends.
  • You cannot have significant nerve damage (neuropathy) or certain heart rhythm problems.
