Who can take part

  • You (or your child) are age 2 to 55 at screening
  • You can (or a legal representative can) sign consent; and child assent if applicable
  • You have Lennox-Gastaut syndrome with at least one major seizure type and past EEG findings
  • Your seizures started by age 11 or earlier, with abnormal early development
  • You have no known allergy or prior bad reaction to clemizole
  • You do NOT have certain heart rhythm risks (long QT), major ECG problems, or a family history of sudden unexplained death
