Who can take part
- You (or your child) are age 2 to 55 at screening
- You can (or a legal representative can) sign consent; and child assent if applicable
- You have Lennox-Gastaut syndrome with at least one major seizure type and past EEG findings
- Your seizures started by age 11 or earlier, with abnormal early development
- You have no known allergy or prior bad reaction to clemizole
- You do NOT have certain heart rhythm risks (long QT), major ECG problems, or a family history of sudden unexplained death
