  • You are under 1 year old
  • You were admitted to Boston Children’s Hospital after your first lifetime brief resolved unexplained event
  • You do not have another condition that would usually explain these events (such as seizure disorders or certain heart problems with blue color)
  • You are not already using thickened liquids for a different medical reason
