Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 to 75 with newly diagnosed breast cancer that has not been treated yet.
- Your cancer must be triple-negative breast cancer, meaning it tests negative for estrogen receptors, progesterone receptors, and HER2.
- Your tumor must be at least 1 cm in size and not have spread to distant organs (stage cT1c to T4d, any lymph node status).
- You must have good organ function, including normal blood counts, kidney and liver function, and heart function.
- You must not be pregnant, agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 90 days after the last dose, and cannot have certain autoimmune diseases or active infections.
