Who can take part
- You have colon cancer that has spread to the liver, mostly in the liver, and you cannot have the liver tumors removed (surgery) or treated with RFA or SBRT
- Your cancer has continued to grow or you could not tolerate standard chemotherapy options
- You must be 18 or older and able to understand the study information and consent
- Your daily function should be good (ECOG 0–1), meaning you’re able to do self-care and most daily activities
- You must have stopped chemotherapy for 14 days and stopped VEGF-targeted medicines (for blood vessels) for 6 weeks before the procedure
- Your liver and bile levels and other safety blood tests must be within limits before treatment, and you must not have an infection that’s not under control
