Who can take part
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver (1–3 tumors, each 0–5 cm) close to a major blood vessel or bile duct, making surgery or heat treatment not possible.
- You may have a few more liver tumors (up to 10 total), as long as they can be removed or treated with other methods.
- You may have limited cancer outside the liver (only 1 spot allowed in certain areas).
- You had a liver-focused treatment before, and it's okay to have received chemotherapy before starting the trial.
- You are at least 18 years old, have adequate organ function, and are classified as ASA 0–3 (generally healthy to mild/moderate health issues).
- You cannot have certain types of active or progressing cancer, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or heart conditions.
