  • You have newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML), confirmed by blood/bone marrow tests
  • Your AML is classified as intermediate-risk or high-risk based on genetic testing
  • You are between 15 and 65 years old
  • Your liver and kidneys function well enough (measured by blood tests)
  • Your heart is healthy with normal pumping strength
  • You are physically able to tolerate intensive chemotherapy (good overall health)
