Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older.
  • You have an aneurysm in the thoracoabdominal area or near the kidneys (pararenal/juxtarenal) with a large size (≥55 mm for males, ≥50 mm for females).
  • Your aneurysm has been growing quickly (at least 5 mm in the last 6 months), or is judged by the study doctor as needing treatment because it is much larger than normal or is “saccular.”
  • You have at least an expected lifespan of 2 years or more.
  • You are not pregnant or breast-feeding, and you are not planning pregnancy in the next 60 months.
  • You can and agree to consent, attend follow-up visits, and complete required scans and check-ups; you are not in another study at the same time (or you finished at least 30 days past the main result).
