  • You have been diagnosed with Takotsubo (stress-related) cardiomyopathy
  • Your diagnosis was in Scotland sometime from 2010 to today
  • If you were diagnosed outside Scotland, you must have a family history and be willing to join
  • You must be willing to participate in the study
