Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma (a type of blood cancer).
- Your cancer either came back after BCMA CAR-T therapy, or your cancer cells have CS1 but not BCMA.
- You are between 30 and 75 years old.
- Your doctor expects you to live at least 12 more weeks (about 3 months).
- You have not had other CAR-T or genetically modified T cell treatments before.
- You do not have serious heart, liver, kidney, or active infection problems.
