Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer at stage I, II, or III (not spread or advanced).
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are currently getting active treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, or hormone therapy) at Prince of Wales Hospital.
- You can read and communicate in Chinese.
- You have internet access and a computer or tablet.
- You have poor sleep quality or are not physically active enough (based on a device you wear).
