Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older and have heart failure.
  • Have a CardioMEMS implanted pressure monitor to track your lung/heart pressures (or be scheduled to receive one).
  • Be able to complete daily check-ins (EMA) and lab/assessment visits.
  • You should not have the most severe (Class IV) heart failure.
  • Your case should not have other problems that can also affect pressure readings (for example, dialysis).
  • You should be able to participate consistently, including staying compliant with your CardioMEMS monitoring; you should not have long-term opioid use.
