Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have sleep apnea with an AHI up to or including 15 (or within 15 of the target range they use)
  • Your body weight (BMI) is under 35
  • Your memory/thinking score (MMSE) is 24 or higher
  • You do not have complex sleep apnea or other sleep disorders beyond what they allow
  • You do not have an ongoing psychiatric (mental health) disorder
