Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is ER-positive and HER2-negative
- Your cancer has spread in limited measurable spots (no more than 5 sites)
- You’ve already had at least one hormone treatment, and the cancer progressed after it
- You can take CDK4/6 medicine with an aromatase inhibitor (your care team must confirm this)
- Your general health is good enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–1)
- Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver) are within required safety ranges
