Who can take part
- You are 18 or older, and either postmenopausal, pre/perimenopausal (willing to take a drug to suppress ovaries), or male.
- You have breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-negative, and it has spread or come back in a way that can't be cured with surgery or radiation.
- You have not had any prior treatment for advanced disease, or you are currently receiving a CDK4/6 inhibitor as your first treatment for advanced disease.
- You are in generally good health (ECOG score 0-2, meaning you can do daily activities with little or no help).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you could become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 1 year after.
- You are not currently in another clinical trial and have no severe uncontrolled health problems like active infections or organ failure.
