Who can take part
- You’re age 8 or older, and (for PET) you can usually do the scan without general anesthesia
- Your lab tests confirm Cushing disease, and your pituitary MRI shows either no clear tumor or a “possible” small tumor
- You can have a pituitary MRI with and without contrast within 9 months of screening
- If you’re newly diagnosed, your doctors have done an IPSS test (a specialized blood sampling test)
- You’re able to tolerate a prior DDAVP dose and agree to pituitary surgery within 24 weeks after the PET scan
