Who can take part
- You have confirmed non-small cell lung cancer that is stage III and cannot be removed by surgery, or it has come back locally after earlier definitive treatment.
- After finishing platinum chemotherapy and radiation to all known tumor areas, the cancer must not have grown/progressed, and less than 32 weeks have passed since your first durvalumab dose.
- You are currently receiving durvalumab as the “consolidation” treatment, and you should not already be planned to receive other additional chemotherapy as part of your regular care (besides what this study adds).
- You are able to provide a tumor tissue sample (or tumor DNA sample) for study testing.
- Recent blood/health measures must meet thresholds: age 18+, weight over 30 kg, life expectancy at least 12 weeks, good activity level (ECOG 0–1), and adequate blood counts (neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin) plus kidney and liver blood tests that are not too low/high.
