Who can take part
- Be 19 years or older
- Have no major medical problems (for healthy volunteers)
- If you have pancreatic cancer, you must have biopsy-proven locally advanced pancreatic cancer
- Be able to safely have MRI scanning (no MRI safety red flags)
- Not be on dialysis and not have serious kidney failure
- Not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and use reliable birth control during the study and for 6 months after
