Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have confirmed prostate cancer and the grade group (Gleason/ISUP) was recorded within the last 12 months
- Your planned hormone treatment (androgen deprivation therapy) will last 12 to 36 months
- Your cancer is “high risk localized,” such as very high Gleason grade, advanced local stage, or high PSA
- You can get a recent prostate/pelvis MRI (with at least one functional MRI sequence) within 12 months
- Your scans must show no spread to lymph nodes or bones (N0M0) before starting hormone therapy
