Who can take part

  • Men aged 18 or older
  • Prostate cancer that has not spread much (stage T3a or less on MRI)
  • Gleason score 3+3, 3+4, or 4+3 (low to moderate risk)
  • Must have a visible tumor on MRI (PIRADS grade 3 or higher)
  • PSA less than 20 ng/mL before starting hormone therapy, if used
  • No severe urinary symptoms (IPSS score 19 or less)
