Who can take part

  • You must have a specific type of cancer: B-ALL (B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia) or certain B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas such as DLBCL, FL, PMBCL, or transformed types
  • Your cancer must test positive for the right target (CD79b+), and your diagnosis must be confirmed by pathology (lab tissue testing)
  • Your cancer must be relapsed or resistant to standard treatments (or returned after a stem-cell transplant for some types)
  • Your general health must be good enough: heart pumping function (LVEF) at least 50%, and you must have no serious uncontrolled infections
  • Your blood/organ function must meet thresholds (liver tests, bilirubin, and kidney function) and you should be able to join for at least 3 months
