Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You have B-ALL that did not respond to initial treatment, came back within 12 months after complete remission, came back 2 or more times, came back after a stem cell transplant, or you have Philadelphia chromosome-positive B-ALL that stopped responding to at least 2 different targeted therapies.
- Your leukemia cells must have a protein called CD19 on their surface, and at least 5% of your bone marrow cells are leukemia cells.
- You are in generally good health with adequate heart, kidney, liver, lung function, and a life expectancy over 12 weeks.
- You must not have had certain prior cancer treatments within the last 2 weeks or ever received CAR-T or other gene-modified cell therapy before.
- You must not have active infections like hepatitis B, C, HIV, or syphilis, or other serious conditions like uncontrolled heart disease or recent blood clots.
