Who can take part
- You have stage IV non-small-cell lung cancer that is confirmed by prior test results (biopsy/pathology or past records).
- Your tumor does NOT have EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 driver gene changes (you’ll need genetic testing results).
- Your cancer must have grown or worsened after first-line treatment that included immunotherapy plus platinum chemotherapy (and possibly bevacizumab).
- You must have at least one place in the body where tumor tissue can be taken for making the immune cells, and at least one measurable tumor spot for follow-up scans.
- Your heart and overall health must be strong enough (including good heart pumping ability and good breathing/oxygen function).
- You must be able to avoid pregnancy during treatment and for 12 months after, if relevant (or if you have a partner who could become pregnant).
