Who can take part
- You must have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB or IV) or cancer that came back after treatment.
- You must have already tried at least two different cancer treatments, like chemo, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and it cannot have been treated with radiation during this therapy.
- You must be 20 years or older, weigh between 88 and 220 pounds, and be healthy enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 0-1).
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function must be within a certain range, and you cannot have certain infections (like HIV, hepatitis B/C, syphilis, or TB).
