Registry for adults treated with clot-busting or clot removal

Ischemic Stroke

Part of Brain & nervous system, Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This trial is a registry that collects information from adults who were hospitalized for an ischemic stroke and received either clot-busting medicine or a procedure to remove the clot. It may help doctors better understand stroke treatments and outcomes.

NCT03149705Recruiting
Study group of adults with ischemic stroke

This study looks at adults who have had an ischemic stroke confirmed on MRI and a blockage in a major brain artery. Researchers want to understand stroke care in people who can receive standard clot-busting treatment (thrombolysis) and/or clot removal (thrombectomy).

Stroke patient registry study

This study is a registry that collects information from people who have had an ischemic stroke (a type of stroke caused by a blocked blood vessel in the brain). By tracking this information, researchers hope to better understand the condition and improve care for future patients.

Brest stroke and clot registry for local adults

This study is a population registry that records information from people in a specific area of Brest who had certain types of brain blood vessel events. It helps researchers understand how these conditions happen in the real world and may improve future care planning.

Monitoring the safety of stroke treatment devices

This study monitors the safety and effectiveness of already-approved devices used to remove blood clots from the brain during an ischemic stroke. It aims to gather more information about how these devices work in real-world patients to help improve stroke care.

NCT05024292Recruiting
Alliance study for acute stroke after clot removal

This trial tests a stroke treatment plan for adults after they have a clot removed by a catheter procedure (endovascular treatment). It focuses on people with certain artery blockages and specific scan results, aiming to improve recovery after successful clot removal.

Registry study of clot-removal treatment for acute stroke

This study records outcomes for people having an acute ischemic stroke treated with an endovascular (catheter-based) procedure. It may help doctors understand how clot-removal treatment works in different patients and hospitals.
