  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have had a stroke caused by a blood clot in an artery or a brain vein.
  • You will have a mechanical thrombectomy to remove the clot.
  • You (or a family member) can agree to join the study.
  • You are not under legal guardianship.
  • The clot removed during the procedure can be studied.
