Who can take part
- Your brain tumor was confirmed as an IDH wildtype glioma (specific tumor types like diffuse or anaplastic forms).
- You must have had surgery, and you need a post-op MRI with contrast for radiation planning.
- You need to be strong enough for treatment, with a performance score (Karnofsky) of at least 70 within the last month.
- Recent blood tests must be adequate: enough white blood cells, platelets, and hemoglobin, and good enough liver and kidney function.
- You must be able to have an MRI scan with contrast (some people cannot due to metal/medical devices or other reasons).
- No prior brain cancer chemotherapy or radiation, and no prior radiation to the head/neck area that overlaps this treatment area.
