- Your child has a lateral condyle elbow fracture that is fully shifted and rotated (Jakob Stage 3)
- The injury was treated within 7 days (not more than 7 days after the fracture)
- On X-ray, the elbow part (capitulum humerus) can be clearly seen
- This is the child’s first such lateral condyle fracture on that same arm
- The fracture is not an open fracture (no broken skin exposing bone) and not a pathological fracture
- No other fractures are present at the same time, and the fracture is not combined with other injuries
