  • You (or your child) are age 6 or older
  • You have type 1 diabetes
  • Your diabetes was diagnosed when you were more than 1 year old and 35 years old or younger
  • You started insulin within the first 12 months after diagnosis
  • You are enrolled in the French social security system
  • You can read and speak French and can complete written informed consent
