Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older with metastatic (stage IV) breast cancer
- Your tumor is ER-positive and HER2-negative based on test results from your tumor or a metastasis biopsy
- You have not had any whole-body (systemic) treatment specifically for metastatic breast cancer yet
- You can start first-line treatment with an aromatase inhibitor (AI) plus a CDK4/6 inhibitor per your usual care
- There are signs of cancer the study doctors can measure or evaluate (measurable or not measurable)
- You can provide tumor tissue samples and blood tests, including a sample at the start and (if possible) again at progression
