Who can take part

  • You are a woman age 18 or older with metastatic (stage IV) breast cancer
  • Your tumor is ER-positive and HER2-negative based on test results from your tumor or a metastasis biopsy
  • You have not had any whole-body (systemic) treatment specifically for metastatic breast cancer yet
  • You can start first-line treatment with an aromatase inhibitor (AI) plus a CDK4/6 inhibitor per your usual care
  • There are signs of cancer the study doctors can measure or evaluate (measurable or not measurable)
  • You can provide tumor tissue samples and blood tests, including a sample at the start and (if possible) again at progression
