Who can take part
- You have breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed, and it is HR-positive and HER2-negative
- You plan to start first-line treatment with hormone therapy plus a CDK4/6 inhibitor (usually ribociclib)
- You must have measurable disease that doctors can track on scans (bone-only disease is allowed)
- You’re at least 18 years old and can do daily activities at a moderate level (ECOG 0 to 2)
- You are post-menopausal, based on age or your uterus/ovary status or ovarian-suppression treatment
- You are not currently in another treatment study for metastatic breast cancer, and you can sign consent
