Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older and can sign consent.
- Your pancreatic cancer is confirmed as adenocarcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery (locally advanced) or has spread (metastatic), and there is a measurable spot on scans.
- Your cancer has gotten worse during or after at least one prior chemotherapy treatment within the last 28 days.
- You are well enough to take part (performance status 0–2) and your expected life span is at least 3 months.
- You can safely take part in the scan and treatment labs are within limits (blood counts and liver/kidney tests not too abnormal).
