Who can take part
- You are 18 or older, and have confirmed CLL/SLL plus biopsy-proven Richter’s transformation to DLBCL.
- You have measurable lymph node swelling—at least one lymph node is 1.5 cm or larger.
- Your general health is good enough (performance score of 0–2) and you can expect to live at least 24 weeks.
- Your blood counts and organ function meet safety thresholds (including white blood cells, hemoglobin, platelets, and kidney/liver function).
- Your heart pumping function is strong enough (ejection fraction at least 50%).
- You can take the study medicines safely, including using effective birth control if you can become pregnant or can father a pregnancy.
