Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older and can give informed consent
- You have confirmed Richter transformation that came from CLL or SLL (based on biopsy)
- Your cancer can be measured on CT or PET scan (a visible spot about 1 cm or larger)
- Your overall health lab tests are within allowed limits (blood counts, liver tests, kidney function, and bilirubin)
- You can travel for follow-up and are willing to provide required blood/tissue/bone marrow samples
- If you can become pregnant or have a partner who can, you can use highly effective birth control during treatment and for 180 days after the last dose
